International Sales Operations Officer

- Orders handling after receipt from Sales team/ customers
- Check and confirm the stock availability to customers
- Check schedule if out of stock
- Check the correction of articles, colour, price and quantity in customer orders
- Prepare Sales Orders (SO), Goods reservation (WO), Invoice (OI) in System
- Prepare shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, HBL/AWB, C/O if required) and send to customers
- Arrange the booking with forwarder assigned by customers
- Update the delivery date to customers
- Issue VAT invoice for local finance purpose
- Hand-over all required documents to finance dept. for the customer payment follow-up
- Working with the external outsourcing party to make the customs declaration and the required C/O for direct and in-direct export
- Arrange the payment for the forwarders
- Receipt and handle the customer’s complaints with Sales team & QM team
- Maintain the delivery plan in order to secure the supply to customers
- Arrange the sample deliveries (work align with Sample team, Sales team)
- Handle general enquiries (data sheet, checking stock level, lead time, etc.)
- Master data maintenance (Company, Part Customer relationship)

*Salary: 10-15 mil VND.

* Requirements:
- Graduated from University with major Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics,...
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the same position
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills
