2. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Work on various projects to develop software based on specifications provided or under the direction of the Board of Directors and IT Manager.
• Plan, organize and coordinate maintenance, development and operation of systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and identify areas for modification in existing programs, and subsequently develop these modifications.
• Being involved in the development of applications, such as ERP and web systems, primarily based on the Microsoft .NET framework or Android framework, SQL Server technology, or similar technologies.
• Act as a liaison between the IT Department and other departments to ensure the integrity of the developed system is maintained throughout the company.
• Conduct system audits and studies to monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Work closely with other IT software developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Create reports and technical documentation on programming project specifications, system architecture, designs, activities, or status.
• Provide comprehensive technical & analytical support to users.
• Analyze user requirements and convert them into design documents.
• Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions.
• Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in using software applications.

3. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• University/College Degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering.
• At least two years of project management experience in systems implementation with .NET, WEB API, and Entity Framework.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in writing documentation and procedures, analyzing workflow/information processing, and analyzing procedures to fit systems to user needs.
• Able to learn new technologies.
• Able to multitask and lead multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Very good analytical problem solving and organizational skills.
• Good background in programming languages such as C#, .NET version 4 or above, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL Server.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
