* Scope of Work (Summary):
- Manage, control, check the works for street lighting, drainage, telecom system, CCTV…in IP, electricity, water, HVAC, CCTV… in Amata building
- Works with related department for the connection agreement in IP between Amata and tenants, sub-contractor of tenants (during construction period).
- Involve to the firefighting work in IP.
* Quantifiable Dimension: Operating budget managed
* Major Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage, control, check the works for street lighting, drainage, telecom system, CCTV…in IP, electricity, water, HVAC, CCTV… in Amata building.
- Works with related department for the connection agreement in IP between Amata and tenants, sub-contractor of tenants (during construction period).
- Involve to the firefighting works in IP.
- Coordinate with authorities related to the works.
- Any assignment from superior.

Experience & Skills/Competencies
Qualifications: Minimum Education Level, Specific Degree and Length/Kind of Experience
Graduate from a University of Science and Technology or equivalent.
Knowledge and Experience in the MEP.
Technical/Behavior Competencies (3-5):
- Computer skill: Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point), AutoCAD.
- Knowledge about BIM, Revit is advantage.
- Visionary and strategic thinking
- Law and Regulations.

- Manage, follow-up with tenants, tenant’s contractor in MEP.
- To coordinate any issue related to the works.
