2. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. In Summary:
• Responsible for various sales activities of CTR aftermarket products (mainly suspension & steering Parts)
- Assessing market status and demand in overseas countries
- Communicating with current customers and make strategies to increase sales
- Searching for new business opportunities and develop new customers
• Having a wealth of experiences about Auto Parts business
• Proficient English communication skill to communicate with customers and join meetings
2. In details:
• Key Responsibilities & Duties (essential to the job)
- Monitoring of business development (turnover and other KPIs) of customers to encourage achievement of initial targets and action plans
- Creating mutual trust and motivation for achieving goals with customers by visiting and interacting with them regularly
- Playing a role of CTR spare parts consultants by providing product information, advantages, etc with customers
- Being curious for market trend & news and share with team members to create the best plans and strategies
- Planning optimized solution to apply to each market and customers accordingly based on their own situations

3. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Skills and Experience
- At least 5 year working experience in sales and management
- Age recommended from 29 - 40
- Strong English communication skills are required, both written and oral
- Experience of the Auto parts industry, preferably for aftermarket
- Sociability with upright character that easily build up relationship with others
- Strong curiosity for society and culture of each region
- Proficient software skills to make a report or analyze the raw data
- Good health condition to endure frequent business trips

- Bạn sẽ được cấp laptop và desktop và tất cả các trang thiết bị phục vụ công việc;
- Chế độ đi công tác hấp dẫn: tiền ăn 150k/ ngày, khách sạn 1,5tr/ ngày khi công tác ở tỉnh; tiền ăn 250k/ ngày, khách sạn 2tr/ ngày khi công tác ở thành phố lớn
- Cơ hội để du lịch Hàn Quốc, Thái Lan, Nga, ... khi có dự án đào tạo của bộ phận ở các chi nhánh
- Môi trường làm việc năng động (ghé fanpage facebook CTR Việt Nam để reach out) và chuyên nghiệp
- 13 ngày phép năm, làm việc từ Thứ 2 đến Thứ 6 hàng tuần, và thêm 1 ngày Thứ 7 trong 1 tháng
- 150% tháng lương cho lương tháng 13, xét nâng lương giữa năm, cuối năm, và xét thưởng toàn công ty dịp cuối năm
- Hoạt động teambuilding hằng năm, các hoạt động văn thể mỹ được chú trọng (phong trào đọc sách, cuộc thi đá cầu, đá bóng, bóng chuyền, bóng bàn, ...)
- Bạn sẽ được Công ty chi trả học phí cho các khóa đào tạo mà bạn muốn học, không chỉ hỗ trợ công việc, mà còn là tất cả các khóa đạo tạo bạn muốn học cho chính mình
