- Develop and maintain master timing for project team from awarded until mass production(+6 months).
- Monitor the project's execution with results driven specially enforce the criteria and decide the transferring between phases.
- Coordinate multiple team to have profitability figures of projects and together with Cost controller to protect project's profitability until mass production (+6 months).
- Ensure Project Management ZOHO system is up-to-date with latest status and information.
- Manage internal & external stakeholders communication, anticipate, identify and effectively deals with problems/conflict or risks.
- Ensure customer interface for milestones, delivery, escalation and risk.
- Chair, facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Manage project change control.
- Build up and continuously improve the project management system.
- Assist the project management activities (planning & profitability) for opportunities manufacturing in Viet Nam.
- Perform Launch leader's tasks (for assigned projects)including customer commitment (Industrialization milestones, delivery, risk, escalation) and assist to main Project Manager if any blocking points at local level.
- Report weekly to management about assigned project status and roadblock with actions plan.
- Conduct other tasks appointed by Business Development Manager.

- Overseeing and Leading the VN Project Management team together with BDM.
- Contributing to develop Project Management Engineer and advice for his tasks if any.
- Reporting timely to upper manager with clearly presented data.

- Have a suitable Bachelor degree in Project Management fields or Engineering fields.
- Have knowledge about:
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
+ Understanding of Project Management concept in manufacturing company.
+ Background of technical Project Management.
- Experience:
+ Relevant experience in R&D, project Quality or manufacturing industry, especially in New Project Introduction (NPI).
+ At least 2 years of experience in job related to Project Management especially in manufacturing field.
- English skill is good.
- Have good communication skill as well as Interpersonal Skills.
- Have a good problem Solving skill, Organization and planning.
