Sales Accountant (6-Month Temporary Contract)

1. Sales Accounting
- Monitor the cash receipt and reconcile for customers code
- Control data of sales vehicle
- Monitor sales policy, selling price, discount, and in terms of sales to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Post volume of cash receipts on a daily basis
2. Accounts Receivable
- Process dealers’ invoices and maintain accurate accounting records and files
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable from customers
- Maintain a high level of teamwork and focus, while striving to prepare daily journal entries in the most efficient and accurate manner

1. Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Knowledge: Vietnamese accounting standard/regulations, tax regulations
3. Experience: At least 1 year of work experience in Financial Accounting and well versed in working with Accounting software (preferably FAST system)
4. Required skillset: Good English proficiency & PC skills (MS Office)
5. Other requirements:
- Ability to work independently – under high pressure
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
