• Responsible to lead and handle multiple projects to enhance operating efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Participating in Client meetings and resolving Client, engineering and management project issues.
• Formulate project plan and arrange necessary resources for project implementation
• Ensure the project schedule and deliverables to be completed on time
• Perform quality checking on various deliverables

• Holder of Diploma/ Degree in Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years working experience preferably in Toys / consumer electronic industry
• Responsible for product design, development and features enhancement
• Strong mechanical design abilities, experience with toy safety standard, prototype & tooling making process and structure requirement (Mechanical engineer candidates)
• Have previous experience in circuit design, pcb layout , trouble shooting (Electronic engineer candidates)
• Good knowledge of industrial practices and quality assurance
• Highly motivated, dynamic, solution-oriented to provide engineering support to production team and coordinate with customer on technical issues during production
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
