2. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Job Summary:
- Provide operational and administrative support for the full recruitment process including: Sourcing, Screening and Selection and Onboarding for both Regular and Temporary employees.
- Assist in hiring strategy creation, building up and maintaining Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Candidate Relationship Management and Onboarding Strategy.

3. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages, Business, Economics, Industrial Management, Law, Social Sciences and Humanities. HRM major is preferred
- 5+ year of experience of recruiting experience in the medium-sized organization, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Mass Recruitment experience is a plus

Skills:
- Skilled at candidate sourcing and basic phone interview and pre-onboarding.
- Good at interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate effectively at multiple levels within and outside the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and knowledge of database
- Good at English communication and Vietnamese as well.
